He has experience working with clients ranging from 6 years old up to 85 years old, giving him the ability to relate and work with everyone, regardless of their age or level of fitness. Q: What has been the most important part of getting to where you are now as a fitness professional?
A: The most important part for me has been deeply connecting with all of my clients. Whether a long-time client or someone new, I always take the time to get to know and understand my clients so I can serve them the best way possible.
Q: What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
A: Never take advice from someone who doesn’t have what you want because you are automatically signing yourself up to never have more than what they have.
Q: What is your favorite client story?
A: I made and participated in a 13 week program with all of my clients (about 15-20 people) and as a group, we lost over 300 pounds. On average everyone lost about 16 pounds. On top of all the fitness wins it was great seeing all of my clients become friends and you could really feel a sense of community coming out of this program.
