Ilana has a passion for helping people change their lives by adopting healthy eating behaviors and incorporating daily physical activity in order to stay healthy and avoid chronic illnesses later in life. Ilana has received her Master's in Dietetics and Nutrition at The Ohio State University.
She has a huge interest in educating others on how nutrition plays a key role in reaching fitness and performance goals. Her goal is to make a positive impact in people's lives and help them feel and look healthier and happier.
Ilana builds personalized nutrition plans that are tailored towards individual needs, food preferences, and goals. She provides nutrition education and counseling on certain health conditions such as diabetes, obesity, and cardiovascular diseases. Ilana also creates personalized training programs to help meet her clients fitness goals; whether that is to lose weight, gain muscle, or just to stay physically active. Ilana believes the best training environment should be exciting, nonjudgmental, and safe. She will help you become comfortable being uncomfortable within the gym and also outside.

Q: How do you spend your time when you're not in the gym?
A: I enjoy spending my time outdoors and finding new places to hike, baking, and spending time with friends and family.

A: So far, Italy because of its amazing views and food…pasta everywhere!
