Dez is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has been training clients for years. She is constantly expanding her knowledge in the health and fitness world. She stays up to date on the latest research, techniques, and wellness practices. Dez ensures that her clients receive the highest level of training, personalized to their unique goals and needs.Through this dedication to growth, she aims to provide her clients with the tools they need to succeed.
Her philosophy is built off the foundation of living a well balanced lifestyle. By doing so, she believes others can increase their chances of living a significantly longer, better, and happier lifestyle without having to restrict themselves from the things they enjoy.
She has a passion for teaching others the way of movement through functional strength training. Dez enjoys breaking down each exercise with new clients and explaining the mechanics of each movement. She builds training programs that are compatible with everyday living and functionality. Her specialties include women’s health, body recomposition [turning fat into muscle], strength training, bodybuilding, endurance, and mobility training.
Dez is an intuitive trainer and focuses on mind muscle connection with her clients. Her goal as a trainer is to educate, motivate, and inspire her clients to push past their limits to become the healthiest and happiest version of themselves. Making others feel more confident inside and outside of their own skin is her favorite part about being a coach!
When Dez is not training clients she enjoys, hanging out with her husband and bulldogs, spending time outdoors, snowboarding, hiking, cooking, going to the gun range, and visiting the mountains/national parks.

Q: How do you spend your time when you are not in the gym?
A: Lifting, dogs, spending time outdoors, hiking, shooting bow, sand volleyball, hot yoga, reading, spontaneous travel, and road trips.
Q: If you can have an unlimited supply of one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?
A: Dogs! There’s just something about a dog’s love and wet kisses.
