Education & Experience
Darray has been immersed in fitness and athletics his entire life. He competed in football, baseball, and track and field before specializing as a collegiate sprinter at Otterbein University, specializing in the 100—and 200-meter sprints. There, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Allied Health and Sports Sciences with a minor in Nutrition and is now completing his master’s in Exercise Physiology. He is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through ACSM and has over five years of experience.
Darray has worked with diverse clients, from young athletes looking to enhance their sports performance and prevent injuries, to elderly individuals focused on increasing mobility and maintaing their functional independence. His approach emphasizes injury prevention, rehab support, exercise correction, and personalized program design to meet each client’s unique goals.
For several years he has been a trainer and a dedicated member of Fit One Four, valuing the gym’s strong sense of community. Passionate about consistency and dedication, Darray strives to help his clients show up for themselves daily, pushing them toward their goals with science-based training methods and unwavering support.

A: My favorite quote would probably have to be my favorite Bible verse, 2 Timothy 1:7: "For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power, love, and a sound mind."
Q: Do you have any pets?
A: We have one all-black cat named Marley.
Q: What is your favorite way to spend a day off?
A: Sleeping in, spending time with my wife, playing video games, and going on a hike or walk to get some fresh air!
