Education & Experience
Health and fitness have always been integral to my life, whether as an athlete, model, distance runner, equestrian rider, or as Miss Ohio USA 2023. I thrive on the challenge of pushing my physical limits to achieve personal growth and reach new milestones.
With a Bachelor's in Exercise Science, a Master's in Sports Business, and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification, I design customized fitness programs that cater to various fitness levels, address past and current injuries, and motivate clients to surpass their goals. My approach focuses on balanced daily steps to enhance overall well-being, inspire lasting transformation, and help clients exceed their expectations.
Having worked in both the modeling and athletic worlds, I have gained a deep understanding of the unique pressures individuals face to look a certain way and perform at a high level. I help clients achieve their aesthetic goals while emphasizing the many benefits of exercise beyond physical appearance, including emotional release, personal time, creativity, clarity, productivity, a sense of accomplishment, improved sleep, and better stress management, to name just a few.
As Miss Ohio USA 2023, I competed on the televised national stage at Miss USA 2023. In preparation, I set a goal to achieve the best physique of my life while maintaining a realistic balance. Long-term health isn’t about perfection—it’s about finding a sustainable balance that allows us to thrive. Without balance, we risk chasing unrealistic, ever-moving targets. While goals are important, the journey itself must be enjoyable to achieve lasting results.
After conquering the toughest physical challenge of my life, I’m passionate about guiding others toward their own mountaintop moments. A balanced fitness journey will help you become the best version of yourself—empowering you to embrace the process and continually strive for new heights, no matter where you begin.
